Speaking of accents… Thanks to Chris Vaughn that's what we're doing! We talk about some of the shows right now that have characters played by people who aren't from the United States and have to disguise their accents as a result. Should more of them be permitted to use their natural accents? Why aren't they? We've got some ideas and Amrie even rates who she think covers his/her accent best and who doesn't.
We also pick out TV news from the past week that we think deserves highlighting and then get into our usual primetime discussion. This time we cover recent episodes of The Amazing Race, Greek, How I Met Your Mother, Fringe, Lost, Scrubs, and Grey's Anatomy.
And when it's all over, stick around for the outtakes. We got a little silly this time around and couldn't pick just one to share.
Next time we'll be previewing your summer viewing options. If you've got thoughts on past episodes, this episode, or have a topic suggestion for us, use the SnapVine widget in the right column, leave a comment below, email us, or connect via Twitter.

Hey guys,
Cannot wait to listen, but here is my suggestion for a topic:
Why don’t we see more imported shows on network tv? Or even on cable channels?
Merlin is supposedly going to air on NBC (considering NBC co produced it, they SHOULD air it) but why don’t we see more hits on our television screens that are not just remakes?
A good example of this would be Packed to the rafters, a hit Australian dramady that is AMAZING, but instead of importing it and just airing the show in the states, they are trying to remake it.
Are we American’s so dumb we cannot stand to watch someone with an Australian accent?
Anyways downloading the podcast now! Can’t wait to listen and keep up the good work.
P.s. I know its probably a stupid subject to talk about but hey i had to suggest it lol.
