TVx3 E029: Summer TV Preview 2009

This week, we ventured away from our ever-growing list of topic ideas, please keep sending them in, to talk about Summer 2009 TV. We talked about what the networks and cable outlets have ready to go for summer. There is actually a lot of good stuff, although mainly on cable.

We started things off with a few news items and then moved on to the topic, our Summer TV Preview 2009. We went day by day and talked about what ABC, NBC, CBS, The CW, and NBC had in store followed by what would be available on cable. Shows we touched on included Army Wives, Burn Notice, The Closer, Dark Blue, Hung, Leverage, Nurse Jackie, The Philanthropist, Psych, Saving Grace, and many others.

Lastly, we moved on to our primetime wrap-up, where we talked about the season finales of The Amazing Race, Fringe, Lost, and The Office.

Next time we will be discussing the 2009 Upfronts, where the networks officially announce what shows will be returning, which ones won't, and what new shows will debut this fall.
