TVx3 E023: Ratings Rant

We started things off with some news about Pushing Daisies, Friday Night Lights, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and the Boston NBC affiliate deciding not to air Leno's 10:00 p.m. show this fall.

Then we moved on to the topic of TV ratings, where we ultimately ended up rambling and ranting about our dislike of the process. Mainly, cause many of our favorite shows are in trouble ratings-wise.

After ranting about ratings, we moved on to our primetime wrap-up, where we talked about The Amazing Race, Greek, Better Off Ted, Lost, Supernatural, and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

Next time we'll be talking about series finales. We'd like to hear from you on what series finales you thought were good and which ones didn't work. So, if you've got thoughts on the subject or have a topic suggestion for us, use the SnapVine widget in the right column, leave a comment below, email us, or connect via Twitter.

  1. DId you already do the season finale podcast? I have to say that this past weeks TSCC was great. Shocking and great and even if it’s the series finale, I am still good.

I also think Supernatural does really for season finales. S1 and S3 in particular.

  2. Patty, I just posted Ep.24 about series finales.

I liked the Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles finale as well, but would really like to see it come back. While it’s fun to talk about, I’d really like to see where they would take it from there.

I don’t watch Supernatural, but am sure that Amrie and Rae would agree with you.
